@NewUser79967 it's actually very simple.
Follow 3 steps, press icon in pic 1, press deposit in pic 2, choose card in pic 3 and then enter card details, deposit £10 minimum, you should then be able to withdraw
Is it a newly added player?
Instant sell is disabled for newly added players, I thought it was for 24hrs but someone else suggested is it’s 4 days after they are listed.
If it was an existing player it could be that your account is suspended
@NewUser280047 welcome. If you instant sell then you get the instant sell price which is the right hand number. This usually has a spread of around 5%+
If you choose sell to market you will have to wait for someone to buy and the price may go up or down in that time with people instant selling or listing/delisting shares. But then you will get the price which would say +4p on your portfolio page.
You pay 2% commission no matter which sale option you choose. Generally best to always try and sell to market
@NewUser234437 Q- What are IPOs and where can I find them?
A- IPOs (Initial Player Offering) is the process on Football Index where new footballers are introduced to the platform and are available to purchase from the market.
Traders will be informed the day before of the release what players are being promoted to the platform, and what price they will enter the market at. Traders will be able to find the list of players that are being promoted and their price on www.footballindex.news. The price of a footballer is predetermined, and this will decide whether the player will be introduced directly into the Top 200 or Squad Players.
Traders can request players to be added to the market via email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by tweeting us at @FootballIndexUK.
It with worth noting that the prices you see for the IPOs is not the price you will get because the prices move upwards in seconds. Right now the community suspects automated trading is to blame.
The account needs to be verified, photo I.D and prove of address have to be verified. Took me 24hrs to trade but with the huge amount of new sign ups it could take a little longer. Plus it’s the weekend, customer service may not be working
