Differences in spread

  • Does anyone know why the spread is different between players of the same price?

    For example at the moment;
    Jo Hart and victor Moses can both be bought at 0.76p.
    However, Jo hart can be sold at 0.74p and Moses can only be sold at 0.71p.

    Why is there a difference?

  • It's to reduce panic selling on the more volatile players who are subject to a higher level of market activity. The spread is generally somewhere around the 3% mark but I remember Coutinho's was around 10% last month when his transfer was top of the headlines. Sanchez is currently around 8% at the moment as well after a big sell off.
