Season 19/20. Who'd be your team to follow?
Which team do you sees stock rising from last season? Teams like Leipzig didn't have Champions league football last season but this season prices of their players may rise with the extra exposure. In the EPL Leicester finished strongly and are many people's tips to challenge in the top half.
Which teams do you see doing well next season?
Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Juventus and Leicester. All have made improvements to the squad either through good signings and new managers
Rb Leipzig, Leicester, Milan.
I always like to keep an eye on what Benfica are doing too for potential future stars
Good shout with Milan. I think their new manager should improve things.
Wolves, Dortmund and AC Milan for me too.
Wolves I'm expecting for have another really strong season and got such a good group of young players.
Dortmund and Milan have made some really good signings too.
The Bundesliga title race was very close last year, and for me personally (so far), Dortmund have strengthened more than Bayern with the likes of Brandt and Hazard they have a proper depth to their squad.
I'd say Monaco will be a lot better and finish in the top 4 this season
Must be Chelsea... Given their 37 superstars in the youth team, they are going to be a serious threat this season.
I think we need to be thinking further ahead though. Do you think the Bookies will take odds on them breaking the 105 point mark in a few seasons. Wonse what the odds on them having a fully home grown team including subs, coaching staff, kit man and career guidance advisors is.
Villareal should improve a lot from last season ...were very entertaining but couldn't defend for anything!
Also Valencia have a number of talented, young players that you would expect to push on this year. Eg. Torres, Kang in, Gaya etc
Far too difficult to say because there’s roughly a month till the transfer window closes in the Premier League and about six weeks till it closes on the continent, so picking sides you think are going to do well at this stage is a lottery.
If the season started tomorrow, I could give you a list of teams I think would do well but it doesn’t.
@Jad1982 reckon golovin could have a big season for them now hes settled in. Ridiculously cheap.
Monaco youngsters will be the new ajax next year!
Lille and Leverkusen for me.
Madrid were shite last season. At least by their standards. Can only get better.
Both Milan club's seem to be recruiting well.
@Dan-w I agree with that 100%. Real bad year last year but that league is such that simply refocusing and reorganizing could easily see them finish 10-15 places higher. Definitely some very good young players there too
Monaco, leipzig and Leicester
Monaco, Lille and Dortmund.
@Dan-w Not convinced of that. Youngsters really let them down in the first half of season. Their only incoming transfer to date is gelson Martin's. A more experienced pro. There are no youngsters I could hang my hat on from last season. We'll see.
@NewUser74389 It's early for sure. There's plenty of traders backing teams now to do well now mind. I've noticed a steady price rise in Leipzig players. Those same players I imagine maybe overpriced come the start of the season.
