Definitely joining Norwich for 750k on permanent. Leaked pictures on a Norwich chatroom - looks legitimate and we need a right back.

You need a right-back? Max Aarons not good enough then?
Surely Byram is just a back-up - not necessarily a bad priced back-up but a back-up nonetheless.
-
I always forget how profitable Norwich City full backs are on the index. ;-)
-
Yes only cover but in Premier League we can’t just rely on Aaron’s. If he gets injured we have no-one. Louis Thompson fried there in pre-season friendly and injured again.
Byram was only 20p at start of day. This is an English based index so movements go up on our press. He will get a lot of feature in local East Anglia press if he moves as long as guaranteed piece in Metro tonight.
His price is rising. Could be a 40-50% riser in one day.
20p to 30-35p is quite attainable. Going up as we speak
-
@NewUser114891 I predict he'll be closer to 20p than 35p by the end of the day. There'll be plenty of pump and dump money in him on that rise right now.
-
Pump pump pump. Dump dump dump....
-
Seven months out last season through injury and likely to not be the starting RB. Why would anyone buy him?
-
Because it’s about headline creation driving price by algorithm.
Metro and national coverage will see him rise. People doubt but now up 9p for day and rising

The aggregator only capture select national press outlets - the East Anglia Gazette or Norwich Advertiser or whatever doesn’t mean anything for media buzz.

Captures metro

But why? he can't win any MB - not that a back-up RB moving to Norwich would win anything if he was eligible. As a back-up his PB prospects are virtually zero and he's 25 years old so hardly gonna be a potential future superstar. In reality he's worth next to nothing so you are holding a worthless asset that you are hoping someone will pay more for than you did.

He could capture every single paper and he would still not win Mb 😂

Do we just “buy buy buy” anyone that plays in the Premier League now? What happened to buying, you know, players who are actually good?

It appears anyone who plays in the Premier League. I think there's some big shocks coming when the season starts as there are going to be plenty of over-priced players not playing or earning nothing that people will very quickly get bored holding when there is money flying into players who are playing and earning divs.
-
Anyone else get N'Sync stuck in their head after reading the title?
-
Backup player at best, never gonna be a top player.
-
was injured for a lot of last season, i watched a couple of his come back games and was steady to say the least, in fact he was steady to say the best...
As mentioned ample back up for Aarons.. think to survive in the EPL these days you need to have two players in each position and he might be a better defensive option should Aarons not always prove up to it? Should Aarons leave then he'll be useful replacement but can't really see Aarons leaving yet so until otherwise i'm sure Byram will just be understudy??
-
@2mWils86 I got Tom Jones Delilah!!!!!!!!!! :-/
-
@dannypea yours definitely fits better. Buy, buy, buy...Sam Byram.

As a West Ham season ticket holder, I'd say hold onto your money chaps.
Imo Norwich Have got a Very good deal. But (there's always a but) the lad has struggled with injuries and form.
he hasn't scored in the last 3 seasons. He managed 1 assist in that time. In a season long loan at Forest he managed 6 games.
He's a brave, tenacious player, but the quality in the PL is huge.
Just think of the left wingers he will be marking each week.He struggled to establish himself under 3 managers at West Ham and managed only 6 games at Forest.
Cresswell, who has been a regular PL starter, has better stats, and has captained the team is only 20p.
