I would also add not to over research on players as you are literally trying to find a reason not to invest in them and you will always find something but remember to focus on how you value the risk vs reward element with that player.

@FairlyNewUser agree with this. Remaining objective and ruthless is key but also difficult! Plus once you have made your analysis prior to buying in that isn’t the end. You must regularly reassess your holds and the reasons why you invested to ensure they’re still valid.
