You pay the 2% commission on all player sales.
The value of the spread (difference between buy and sell cost) varies though.

Lower price because of convenience of IS and then there's 2% commission as in all sales. Shows on your 'transaction history' if you want to check.

@Dronny-Gaz thank you the reason I asked I made 100 per cent on Tammy Abraham which sounds like in betting terms an even money shot .. but you actually pay commission on the money you have put in yourself so an instant sell price would make it nearer to a 4/5 shot .. would that be correct
