Pay day!

Self Employed so paid myself early. Saw Pogba get a 2p rise late last night so topped up. Sadly another false dawn but really don't want to miss the rocket when it's clear he's at ManU at least until Jan.
-
@Vespasian32 Thanks, not concerned and I think it will pay off too. The price is just to good at the moment not to top up.
Like everyone says, only bet what you can afford. My house is paid for, the food and bills are covered by our joint account and we are never having parasites, sorry, children!! I have the savings and very little outgoings so I can take a few higher risk, higher reward decisions on FI.
Like many others just really excited for my first full season on FI!
-
@Martyn-B Entering my second full season. The market seems alot more stable compared to when I first started, but the long term trend is always up fortunately. Saw an ad on the underground and the increased TV presence with Nottingham Forest will make it the best season I am sure.

I live and work in Nottingham, the national TV exposure will be great but not sure how much spare money the Forest fans have atm, plus it will probably deter all Notts County and Derby fans as a point of principle!!

that's probably why they picked Forest instead of targeting a monster club lol... Forest enemies are pitiful!

What would happen if they sponsored Man Utd, Arsenal or Celtic? Would it backfire once all the Liverpool, Spurs and Rangers fans quit in protest? Maybe Forest was a good, cheap pick for FI!

Rash, Rash, baby

@Martyn-B yeh ill never drink a holsten pills!
-
@Neil2265 Schlager. looking forward to seeing his PB scores.
-
I bit the bullet and topped up on the Pog.
Convinced he's not going anywhere now.
-
@Ralph-Wiggum I was going to top u M-savic but im starting to think Pogba is staying put.
Maybe a gamble on De Gea, with a few bernardo and Diogo's
-
Where is the big boom then? Market is still flat.....
-
@Mr-Random-number i think many will be holding back until Tuesday's announcement. Also lots get paid end of month instead of last Friday of the month.
-
I topped up Rashford and finally took a plunge on a 'wonderkid' Parrot, just in case he rockets like the others and I missed all them boats. Think Spurs have 2 more friendlies where a goal could cause a spike.
-
@Mr-Random-number announcement round the corner and the IPO in limbo seems to be affecting the market.
There is money to be had... I think whats really disappointing atm but I guess predictable is the amount of trading on a select few transfer sagas... so much money going into pepe today for instance seems mad considering hes all but signed for Napoli and will drop below £2 I suspect!
-
@Vespasian32 haha what's wrong with the beer we produce in Hamburg? On that note a small Astra goes down a treat, even though they belong to the rivals St.Pauli

I am new to this too but this time last year they didn't have IPD's, many people will risk holding out till the 3rd or 4th, hoping to gain a couple of pence IPD's by having a few more eligible matchdays. Plus next week's announcement, uncertainty about future IPO's and some traders still waiting for profits from the last IPO.
By the opening evening of the season I am sure most of our portfolios will be looking a lot healthier!
Patience @Mr-Random-number !!

@Neil2265 Mbabu is younger, plays international football too...should be in euros.
