Can anyone answer this....
I realise it is only eligible for 30 days when you purchase.. if kick off is at 3 oclock in 30 days time do I have to wait till 5 oclock (when game is finished) before I buy any futures or is it any time 30 days prior??

It’s 30 days including the day of purchase as you’re eligible for the IPD’s that day.
Ends at midnight at the end of the 30th day.

In addition to what @Timothee-Atouba said, it's why you see a rush on those that score and assist on match days, as everyone is trying to get on the IPD.
There hasn't been any confirmation that they're staying, but I'm certain they will be as they are such a money maker for FI.
