Footballers age for being tradable

I’d like to know how old a player has to be in order to be available for trading.

You would think they would have to be professional - so 16 & above I'm guessing.
But I think the youngest players we have on the index currently are 17 or 18

Dunno if gravenberch has turned 17 now but I know he definitely IPO'd at 16

@NewUser391953 I imagine it’s irrelevant as this isn’t actually trading in the real footballers it’s all theoretical so why would their age matter at all???
