To be fair different departments have different jobs. Marketing will have nothing to do with the other issues we want looked at they are just doing the job theyve been given

Was just about to post this - don’t think the marketing department can do much about the technical issues and surely users don’t expect them to stop advertising during periods of technical issues....
Do car manufacturers stop all advertising and marketing whenever there is a fault/recall on a car?
