FI abroad
-
Morning all, I am after a bit of help. I am away in Denmark over the weekend and just wanted to check on the rules on whether or not I am allowed to access my portfolio at all. I would like to be able to trade too but again not sure if I will be breaking some rules?
-
When I spoke to FI about this a couple of months ago, I was told I can check my portfolio but can't do any trading whilst abroad.
Not sure what happens if you make a sale whilst logged in though

@Journey Cool, thanks mate. I will email customer support I think.
-
Remove players from the sell queue before you depart.

@janner73 Ah, that is not ideal!
-
@Squire1905 I know some people get around it by using vpns - not something I agree with myself as anyone trading in those circumstances is technically putting FI's license at risk.
-
@janner73 I am not good enough with IT to even bother looking into doing something like that mate. I wouldn't know where to start.

yeh im in Norway I don't log in at all... but can use the website to view the market. Easy to check my progress as I only have about 15 players (tho I try not to as if one plummets or rockets id be tempted to log in and trade...but im keeping an eye on div winners)
-

@Dan-w funny you ask... Pogba, Neymar, Ronaldo & Rashford :):) I don't wana log in in case they deem it as activitiy… I had email from them saying I couldn't use the app at all - even tho I clearly specified it wouldn't be to buy or sell.
