Do spreads heal overtime?

I hold a few players with 3-4p spreads under the 50p mark? Anyone know if this will reduce to a 1p spread over time?

They seem to be a function of volatility, so reflect price changes over time, the more stable the price the narrower the spread in general.

Spreads are also now being used to avoid market manipulation.
You'll see right at the bottom there's a 2p spread, which is nearly 30% of the player value.
Probably because FI know no one actually wants to buy these players without f*cking about innocent newbies obsessed with the trending table...
