Can't download app on Samsung?

Hi guys.... I've convinced a mate to sign up to FI recently but he's having trouble downloading the app on his Samsung J6+ phone, tried Google play store and it's not there.
Is there any other way he can download the app?

I have it on a samsung
shouldnt matter, but try searching with the 'location' setting switched On. You cant use the app abroad and it may be something that stupid

I have the app on Samsung too, so not sure what the issue is, but don't think it's a samsung thing
