When do IPDs become valid?

I’m sure this has been asked a LOT of times in the past, but I’ve noticed media div players have to be bought before 2pm for the player to receive a divs payout. However I can’t seem to find anything about an IPD deadline. For example I bought a player last week (can’t remember who) and he got an assist. I didn’t buy him until 7pm for an 8pm kick off. Now, I’m wondering if you can buy a player just before kick off and receive IPD for them? Or am I misreading the extra funds I had in my wallet?
