Shame I have no City players!
-
-
I have one city player...Laporte...Doh!!!
-
I also have one player............Sane
-
If I win the Β£1,000, it's all going on Laporte.
I've been looking to add a high scoring PB defender to my portfolio for a while and his price has dipped nicely following injury.
-
Yeah, I have Sane too. Long road to recovery though - next Spring can't come soon enough!
-
Sterling is a must for most peopleβs ports surely? Has everything going for him, English, top team with a major chance of winning an unprecedented quadruple. Honestly think his PB scores are just gonna keep improving as well. Not trying to hate on you gents for not having Sterling though π
-
I got rid of my sterlings recently to diversify a bit. I recently bought 300 cancelo though who I think could prove excellent value
-
De Bruyne is gonna smash it again!
-
@ocs123 did you see peps vague response about how long heβll be out today?! Still a great buy tho
-
Five or six months for Laporte apparently.
-
@NewUser384837 β¦ He was outstanding for Belgium the other night.. King Kevs back with a vengeance!
-
@MickTurbo - Yea, i can see the logic. I think hes got potential for media going forward so i have kept him.
-
@Sir-Craven he posted PB of 194 for Portugal the other night without a goal or assist.
I know portugal were dominant but city will be equally dominant the majority of the time so I can see plenty of room for growth looking at some other elite full backs.
Like all of my buys now, the euros is also a big consideration
-
Edit: @Sir-Craven ahhh u were on about sterling weren't ya lol πππππ
-
@MickTurbo - Oh 100% i think hes a good buy i just meant that I wouldnt have diversified with Sterling myself (not sure how your port is) as Sterling offers cap app and Media.
-
@MickTurbo - aha yup!
-
@Sir-Craven yeh crossed wires there lol. Yeh I did it reluctantly mate, and wouldnt rule out buying back in, but with the money I had tied up in him I've been able to buy good stakes in cancelo Fernandes and de Jong, all of whom I see as having multiple upsides

With Norwich having 10 players on that Injured/Doubtful list that @Moukoko opened this thread with, aren't we expecting a much changed/weakened Man City starting 11 bearing in mind they have a trip to Ukraine for Wednesday's Champions League opener against Shakhtar?
De Bruyne and Sterling both played 180 minutes for their national sides. I'd expect Aguero to be given a rest this weekend too if Jesus is back fit as was expected.
Lets be real, literally any starting 11 Citeh put out should demolish the Norwich B team that will be fielded due to their injury crisis. Hell, even Phil Foden could be in for a Premier League start...
-
@LukeMalla under any other manager Iβd agree but Pepβs management style is all about intensity and ruthlessness - he will want to build consistency at this early stage in the season.
Starting 11 will be full strength but Iβd imagine some star players will come off at around 60 minutes if they are cruising by then.

ππ that will teach pep
