Safe bet would be Laporte or Carrasco for longer term cap app.
IPD players Hernandez just moved to Sevilla or Ghihlione at Genoa who play on Friday night.
Shorter term cap app could go for Terrier, started last 2 league games for Lyon or Kluivert at Roma who started and scored yesterday with good looking games coming up in europa league.I own all of the above just for clarity!

Troy Parrott. Been a lot of talk on here about him recently, he’s already gone up a long way but he’s a fantastic young talent and sure to increase in value significantly assuming he avoids injury.

£200 gets you nearly 500 Godin. He's my latest purchase. Got an assist on debut for Inter. Home to Prague looks like a nice midweek fixture. Inter going to be strong this year and he's a goalscoring CB. 42p. Not exciting... not going to double your money, but should be quite a safe bet to get to 50-60p.

Carrasco wants back from China and the move will almost certainly happen in jan. He’s still only 26, starts for a strong Belgium team and under a £1. His price will rise when he moves back to a PB league and rise considerably if he’s linked to PL teams.

I put 200 in Gabi Barbosa and another 100 on Weghorst.
Too much quality in both of them.
The Santos goal of barbosa what a beauty and his stats are just sick.
Weghorst. Couple of easy fixtures which will be amazing for IPDs as well as he has an outstanding record so far. 4 games 3 goals 1 assist. Last year he was 3rd Bundesliga topscorer behind Lebandowski and Alcacer. He will be in line for Dutch team and Good team by Jan/July
