I kept trying to instant sell Erling Haland and it kept saying done, but it wasn’t , he was still in my port with no money transaction. When I did eventually sell after multiple attempts, the value was a lot less than his instant sell valuation on the button

Why would you want to sell - he is the hottest young striker in the world right now?
To answer your question - instant sell can be disabled at any time, especially if there’s lot of selling going on of that particular player - this adds an element of protection from severe price crashes and I’d assume the point at which it becomes disabled is determined by an algorithm of some sort.

Yes I made on the trade, the price was plummeting so I went for it, when I calculated the value, it’s less than it is now
