One player, Two different names

Came across this guy, he appears under one name on football index , and under a different name on sofa score and transfermarkt etc. I was thinking about buying but kind of throws me off knowing that people might think this player simply doesn’t exist when they go looking for him on the index as they will be researching on other sites when his name is simply different ??
Opinions ?
I won’t name the player unless someone asks so nobody accuses me of pumping lol

I may add this player hasn’t moved in price at all and has started 2/4 games in pb league and he is 22.
Simply don’t know if he’sjust not worth investing in or if he’s just been missed by traders

It’s actually a first name and second name where the second name differs on index
An example of
Mark smith on index is mark jones on SofaScore etc
