Deposit bonus, check their twitter
-
Can someone explain it to me is lemans terms please???
-
10% bonus on net buys next 6 days then 5% there after. Artificial boosting of the market and not what a lot of us wanted but wont stop people hoofing a load of cash in in the short term in order to reap free money there after
-
@gball1975 if you deposit 100 quid on to FI, once the promotion is over they will give you 10 quid (10%) into your account which I believe you can withdraw. Make sure you opt in. After a certain date I believe the start of October, if you deposit 100 quid they will give you 5 (5%).
-
10% bonus paid in cash on net purchases up until the 30th September, then 5% up until the 18th October
-
@MickTurbo I'm not planning on depositing anything but I feel like I might be missing out big time and being stupid?
-
I just dropped £10k and already up £500!!
-
Sorry just posted this on wrong thread. Here you go.

@ChazFI123 I'm not either mate, I have in the past but not this time. Enjoying the flashing lights tho.
Topped up on odegaard at exactly the right time
-
@SteveP you need to spend the 10k first and not sell any of the purchased 10k to receive the bonus

Not necessarily mate. The key difference here, is that it relates to 'net buys'. So technically, it's not a deposit bonus. I believe FI were aware that a large proportion of users were selling their portfolios, but instead of withdrawing the cash from the platform, they were sitting with a large amount in their balances. This move incentivises those individuals to spend that balance.
The secondary benefit is that many users will also deposit fresh money into the index to claim the bonus.
I've said repeatedly that if the index is struggling and confidence in the market is wavering, they always attempt to manually instigate a revival.
This is exactly that. A big well done to those that didnt bottle it, shit their pants and instant sell over the last few days ... 🥳

@Antierror yeah I spent it all as soon as I could. Just spread it across existing holds that I believe in long term, but who’ve dropped to a good value lately
-
@MickTurbo yeah funnily enough I sold some people last night and put it all into Neymar, quite happy to sit at my desk at work and keep watching the green lights

Cannot believe VVD is still not moving
-
Sigh too many bonuses for my liking. Not really in a position to deposit anything this time.
Could maybe use the inflated prices during part one to have a bit of a sell off then reinvest during part two to earn a few quid.
-
What does the “Deposit made with a credit card” not being eligible mean?
I’m assuming that if you drop a few £K and buy some players it will count ? They don’t usually put that statement in

Oh he will ...
This happens every time with deposit bonuses.
Initually, the big boys fly, then the smaller ones, and it gradually trickles down as users try to find value in players that have not surged yet.
Every fuckin time mate 🤑👍

@Advinculas-Index it's spot on from them fair play
"Though you will be able to deposit and withdraw with credit cards during the promotion, any deposits made with credit cards will not be eligible for a bonus. E.g. If you deposit £100 with a credit card, £100 will be deducted from your Net Buys and therefore will not count towards your bonus.
As a responsible gambling operator, Football Index will not bonus credit card deposits. People should gamble only what they can afford."
