Scott McTominay

Why is Scott McTominay so cheap (£1.09 at the moment) compare to other important players his age? He is playing almost every single game with MU and he is only 22. Is it because he is Scottish instead of English? I can't find any good reasons
-
I'd say position, DM dont tend to perform well against the matrix. Also has Scottish so won't be getting any bump for going to the Euros (unless they get lucky in the playoff from the nations league)
-
@NewUser316824 probably because he's never won any dividends and hasn't looked like winning any either? Has a highest PB score of 124 and would probably need to double that to ever win PB. Strikes me as one of those players who are pretty worthless on FI
-
@NewUser316824 McTominay had his "hype" when he went up over £1.50 a while ago - then everyone realised his PB scores are rubbish and sold him!
-
N'golo Kante is the best CDM in the world...
He costs 0.83...
Is that reason enough????
-
@janner73 … This is exactly what I did, when I signed up in June he was one of my first buys, I really like the kid, but someone said about cdms when I questioned kante, so as the season started an Mctominay started dropping I got out, still made a little profit, its disappointing to not be able to hold players I like, but if theyre not suited to FI then no room for sentiment anymore haha..
-
@Ole-ole Too much profit to be made elsewhere in the market to be sentimental :) He may have value in the future - if, for example, he ever became captain then that would give his MB prospects a huge boost.

Main reason is the low PB scores, and lack of Media points. Some players just don't work on FI bit like Fantasy Football.
