How excactly does this work do you only get this for 30 days of buying a player what happens if you sell and rebuy trying to get my head round how it all works cheers

30 days from when you buy, whilst you own those shares. If you sell and rebuy the clock starts again which is why it encourages a high turnover of shares as people chase IPDs.
