@The-FIG Thanks as always for sharing.
Some thoughts below.
I was worried at the beginning when he suggested there may not be an increase in dividends but a rework of the current 'review' system with a view to future increases. Personally, I'd take the time to look into this and wouldn't react when the market reopened, but on the other hand, fear that others would react, causing a potential crash. I think its widely assumed that there will be an increase so anything else could be seen as a disappointment or perhaps I'm just overly anxious and misjudging the market? Maybe a question for your next guest - what do you think would happen to the market if there wasn't an simple increase, do you think traders would mostly accept an alternative and devote time to consider the details, or knee jerk reactions and mass sell offs?
I like the way the discussion moved towards tiered PB. Would love to see this implemented and would add value back to consistent PB performers. Exactly the direction FI should take imo.
Euros definitely a good opportunity for FI. The market is very different now to the WC so a lot of scope to test new systems, hopefully in addition to the simple dividend increase mentioned.

@Metropolis Thanks Metropolis, insightful response as always.
I wouldn't say your anxst is misplaced, however what I would say is that if FI said that dividends would be increased by ____ from say, march 2020 (arbitrary date) then I think that's the same as dividends being increased tomorrow.
I for one think they will be increased, based on nothing more than my own opinion.
