Exequiel Palacios

Just seeing what people's views are here. Transfer to Leverkusen pretty much done, so is it too late to get on him at current price?
-
I think the move to Leverkusen is better than the rumoured move to Real Madrid would've been.
He's gone somewhere he'll actually be a regular so I think there's still room for a rise. Especially if he'll be replacing Havertz.
They're also a perfect stepping stone club so should he do well there'll be another big transfer in him.
-
@Moukoko I really rate him and in 12 months time I think he'll be much higher in price than he is today.
BUT I do think he probably wont play too much for Leverkusen this season and you can probably buy in cheaper. I think he's the replacement for Havertz who wont be leaving until the summer and he has 6 months to settle himself in. Could be one of next season's breakout players.

Great signing for them
-
Yeah I don't see the need to buy yet. His price will spike when he joins Leverkusen and then it will drop off when people realise he hasn't walked into the first 11. Buy him in the summer when his price will be lower still because people will want Euro 2020 players.
Got to remember they spent almost £15m on Moussa Diaby and he's started 1 league game so far. Can't see them rushing Palacios.

Seems the Leverkusen move isn't a done deal and Inter Miami have reportedly now made a bid higher than the Leverkusen one.
-
@janner73 very bad news that
-
@Matt-flint Yep wouldn't be the best lol. Never know with rumours but Beckham seems determined to get a few decent younger players at Miami.
And more and more of these Argentinians seem to be going to the MLS which isn't great.
-
@janner73 I sold up at £1.20 thankfully but was going to jump back in if move to Germany confirmed. Think I will stay away for now
-
@Matt-flint I bailed out when I saw the news earlier. I think even if he goes to Leverkusen it will be next season before he really gets much of a chance in the first team so plenty of opportunity to get back on if it goes ahead.
