Potential to double in price....
-
After reading a thread about Chuba Akpom rising in price due to a potential move to west ham. Was just wondering does anyone see good value in him at 46p?
West hams other striker Sebastian Haller is over £1.30. Thinking if Akpom gets a move he could potentially double in price at least.
What's your thoughts?

That was my Akpom thread. Yes, I agree that Akpom could double but that depends if he hits the ground running. I bought Che Adams before the start of the season hoping that he would be a hit, as Pukki was in the beginning, but it never happened.

Is this the guy sitting on the bench in Greece!?

@NewUser455434 yep same guy hence the price, was just wondering if he does get a move could his price potentially double? Or am I missing something
-
@Londoner but if you get on him now and he gets the move could he not double before he even kicks a ball?

He could, but what usually happens on FI is when it is confirmed that a player has been signed, his price drops significantly, because that price was inflated based on the transfer buzz. Since his price is so low, yes, it's possible he could double before he signs but some traders may wait to see how he fares at the new club before buying him.
-
@Jamestodd9 you also have to look at the fact that west ham's other striker, Albion ajeti is currently 54p
-
@Ddr true! But you know how the English players get the hype after a goal or 2....
-
@Londoner never looked at it in that way. You think at the minute his price is inflated as he has had the link to west ham then ?

Yep. He's currently up 65.65% and all that rise is completely due to the transfer buzz. He's playing in a non-pb league (Greece), and his club didn't qualify for the CL so no one was talking about him until the transfer rumours.
-
@Londoner just out of curiosity did you get on him yourself? I'm in 2 minds myself now.

No. I used the Akpom thread to pump my transfer buzz choice, Alfredo Morelos!

@Londoner Nice lol. Was looking to buy morelos when he Was under a pound feel I've missed the boat now.

Not really. If he comes to the PL and hits the ground running, as he is a very confident guy, he can easily become a £2/3 player. Plenty of growing room.

I'd say Antonio has proved he's a better solution at around the same price, I'd rather invest in him after his last 2 appearances
-
@Londoner never to late to get on then. Will look into buying him as I think he has the personality to win some MB too.
-
@NewUser434312 That's actually not a bad shout. At that price he could return some nice IPDS.
