£650/700 to spend. 1 player - pump away

  • And let the pump begin!. 1 player...

  • Should be Messi. Or Kane. Just for the inevitable divs.

But I'm going with either Jean-Phillipe Mateta, Mainz' top scorer from last season who is back in training after being out since before this year started and has Premier League transfer links potentially for January.

    Or

Xande Silva; highly rated West Ham youngster, also returning from surgery. Had a great scoring record for the u-23s last season and was called up to West Ham's 23 man Premier League squad when Javier Hernandez left in August. Will spike when he is first involved this season and no doubt will spike when Pellegrini slings his hook.

  • Out of the premium players Kane if you want a safe hold going in to the Euros, Pogba if you fancy more of a risk, I think Pogba will be raking in the dividends when he returns. Both proven for PB and MB and no worries about age.

  • Neymar or Messi. Avoid pogba until after the January window has closed and we have a clearer perspective of where his future is going. If you fancy a real gamble, put it on Martial or Rashford. Both reasonable value at their current value.

  • On a dip but I think majorly undervalued.

Ilkay Gundogan: Currently £1.45 from a high of £1.79. For a good PB player who regularly plays for the one of the best teams in Europe and for a top National side ahead of the Euros he is very cheap.

Has a surprisingly good goals/assist xg at City for a player who plays quite deep. Its around 0.18/0.21 meaning he should get a goal or assist ever 1/2.5 games

He has dipped as not in top form last few games and suspended for tonights game but has had 3 of his top 5 scores this season of 363, 309 and 229 and is only a matter of time before scoring another one.

  • Agree with @Ben_pz but would also suggest bruno fernandes or leroy sane.

Both top players at a good age. Both at clubs who can go deep in europe. Both will be at the euros. Both pb suited. Both will have transfer spec in january.

  • Go for someone likely to benefit from the pre-Euros surge, hopefully aided by an influx of new users. Sterling and Kane would be safe bets.

  • Van Dijk is starting to look better value. Will be a feature in most competitions, including Euros, and always seems as likely as anyone to pick up MB. Up until recently I'd have said he was overpriced, but his price has dropped a fair bit over the last couple months.

  • If grealish scores early in the chelsea game there’s another instant 20%.

The grealish train will be well on its way to £4.

  • I would avoid to buy from top 100 in Dec because you are buying on a high .. not saying that their price will not grow in 6 months, but that players with lower price are more profitable atm

  • I would go for Kroos consistently high PB scores, Madrid will go far in the CL , Germany in the Euros and Kroos will be the main man for both teams in terms of PB

  • I'd be putting into a player that ticks just about every box. So a decent PB player that has European football, Euros and a probable summer transfer.
There's a few that meet those criteria - Fabian Ruiz and Timo Werner are probably the 2 standouts for me.

  • Some under £1 doing well me
Cristian Gunter, Freiberg, 5G 1A so far this season. 66p

Paolo Ghiglione, Genoa, 5A so far this season. 57p

Sofyan Ambrabat ,Hellas Verona, no G or A but links to EPL currently 28% prof

For different reasons my biggest hold Yannick Carrasco expecting/hoping for big gains from him in not so distant future.

  • At the minute I’d say Memphis Depay, the Media will swarm if the links to the prem are true as he was a Man United flop, he’s got very good PB with winnings & is the front man for Holland

  • Iv just got on Depay this morning £4.47. Back in Lyon squad for tonight and still 5 games in next 30 days. Down on his month peak due to his injury. I will hold until Euros, Hollands group is very nice and I will just sit back and watch his PB wins come in over the next few months knowing that his price will most likely be £5 by the time of the Euros. His last 6 games, he had 3 scores of 200, the matrix is perfect for him. Very safe hold for me.

  • Zinchenko back to full fitness, I'd put it in him.. Could be a 20p rise just for getting in starting 11 again... Which is likely with a packed Xmas schedule. Sell that rise then put it into a bundesliga player who's had a significant winter break dip and will rocket on way to European finals... I. E. Werner, Sabitzer, lewandowski, gnabry, kimmich...

  • Think Depay is a pretty safe pick, 10p down from his peak and ticks every box you'd look for in a hold

Good call on Zinchenko, I’m surprised he has had very little rise - particularly with Mendys poor form.

Probably won’t play tonight but should feature at the weekend - I’m just bought in as I can only see him going up.

  • Mateta, linked with a few prem teams and scores for fun. Back from injury any day now

  • Harry Wilson, set-piece specialist at Bournemouth as well as top scorer, will either be in the Liverpool first team next season or somewhere in a top 6 team.
Will also be at the Euros with Wales, at 1.59 (and currently rising) his price is ridiculously low considering the bracket for 22yr old British players in the Premiership.
Then you also have the winter/Xmas period, where as the rest of Europe will be on a break
