I'd say to maximise your IPD potential as well as PB then it's all about premier league players RIGHT NOW.
The winter break for other leagues limits your earnings capacity

One mistake people make is feeling like you have to spend it.
Things happen all the time and you need a balance to be ready to jump on.

Yep it is hard but very satisfying when you have the balance.
Imo there are some big balances out there waiting for transfer news this year.
Man Utd being in the market makes it a big window

@Pizarro it is good advice...but gota spend it eventually and there is plenty of opportunity every day. Pick an IPD striker for tomo nights or Thursday nights game for example and probably sell for profit before kick off... Or have some fun and hold and hope they score.
If you have the appetite and time to trade... You could turn that £500 into a lot of money between now and the next Dan James type opportunity. Just pay extra caution to pick trades that are 'liquid' and don't lock you in. Ipd players, pb players with upcoming games are liquid... Or pick someone with lower spread and the liquidity comes from knowing you can IS without diminishing your margins.
Its not for everyone... But don't think I'd ever sit on a cash balance while the platform is booming

Personally I'd wait until the morning of 13th December, before investing anymore.
If the crazy party get in (seems unlikely but you never know), then investor confidence generally could take a hit.
Cash is king if things get volatile.
