Champions League Draw
-
Dortmund v PSG,
Real Madrid v Man City,
Atalanta v Valencia,
Atletico Madrid v Liverpool
Chelsea v Bayern Munich,
Lyon v Juventus,
Tottenham v Leipzig,
Napoli v Barcelonasome tasty games in this lot, tough game for city, Valencia seem to have got the best of it.
First legs on 18, 19, 25 & 26 February, second legs on 10, 11, 17 & 18 March - seeded team plays second leg at home.
-
Juventus with the only easy game (especially playing Lyon without Depay)
-
Yep your right, Lyon are toast.
-
My three biggest holds at the moment are Sterling, Kane and Ronaldo, so I'm happy with that draw.
-
Yeah i think its a good draw, I have quite a diverse portfolio so i have skin in pretty much all these games. I think the aftermath of the Real - City tie is going to be particularly brutal with so much money tied up in Kroos/KDB on the index in general. I hold both so hopefully the rise in one would counteract the fall in the other, either that or sell both before kick off.
-
On current form, itβs a good draw for Juve, Bayern and Barca.

Quite fancy Leipzig against Spurs and maybe Atalanta too
-
@Chris-C Not as brutal as Ramos will be on KDB, Theyre a fragile team City, injury wise, Real are a horrible team for playing dirty, this could be bad news for City? I think Chelsea are done, cant see them beating Bayern, Spurs game is the one im looking forward to out of those.
-
@Ole-ole Brutal Ramos (I hold) on poor fragile KDB haha
-
@LittleFish I cringe writing it, I really dislike Real Madrids nasty tactics, poor Salah in my opinion hasn't really been the same since, god forbid Ramos does the same to KDB, im a Utd fan but I wouldn't like to see that, football needs players like De Bruyne, hes incredible to watch. He made Arsenal look like sunday league yesterday.

Finally a thread worth reading ππ»

I'm wondering what odds the bookies will offer for all 4 English clubs to go out in this round. I think one or two may get through but seems plausible that they could all go out there. Not an easy draw for any of them.
-
@Ole-ole yeah me too the leipzig game should be really good werner vs kane also dortmond vs PSG, sancho vs neymar, will PSG bottle it again?
-
@Chris-C It will be interesting to see the line ups for Dortmund V PSG, who will still be there come Feb, Sancho and Neymar, even Mbappe may be hot in the transfer spec come Jan.
