I Lemar is tricky athletico paid a fortune for him so someone has to pay big money for him.

He’s not in Atléticos plans. Would be a good move for him going Lyon, could also be a good PB move for holders. I’d imagine he’ll take all the set pieces there like he did at Monaco (with Depay injured)

I’ve read athletico want a fixed buy option at the end of a loan which isn't happening for Lyon imo they don't spend much money.

Pretty sure he will move on as they are keen on Rodrigo from Valencia. He will end up somewhere as he isn't gonna sit on the bench in a euro season

I bought some about 90 mins ago and he's gone down 9 cent since...a record for me!
Lyon now linked to Kevin Gameiro, same agent as the manager apparently. 48p at the moment. Not getting much game time at Valencia, rare times when he does get over an hour usually chips in with a goal or an assist.

The entourage of Thomas Lemar would have made it clear to OL leaders that the French international would like to stay at Atlético and impose themselves there. ( @RMCsport )

@Tom77 see this all the time in the transfer windows though, one day going, next day not, next next day new club come in...its mental. Whats probably happened is Lyon just want cover for Depay and Jeff...but dont want to full on replace them long term, so loan deal? Agents dont get much out of a loan deal.

Yeah I know but Lemar is so much money it’s just difficult for him to leave.
I think he will get a good rise when/if Simione gets sacked which is rumoured.
Think Lyon will be linked to a few players its just the beginning!

@Tom77 Yeh. Any holders of Lemar shouldn't worry. Hes got to do well to go to Euros, he knows that, so he starts getting in team and performing, outlasts Simeone or moves in Jan. If he makes the Euro squad, he looks good value, if he starts starting regularly, he looks good value.
