Depends on the circumstance. There have been times I've genuinely been happy to see a dip in one of my players. Sometimes the market overreacts to something and presents a good opportunity

Hard to know what to back at the minute. It's juggle knowing which is the right mask to put on. Doesn't seem a massive confidence in pb at moment. I've got quarter of my port in my balance. I may miss out on bonus but not sure where to strike. I've invested in transfer related guys but I don't want to overcomit that way.

@Dalien-Smith my port was flying yesterday... That was mostly classic pb players. But of a false dawn cos there is still going to be a drop for the winter break.
Whilst I agree with the sentiment of this thread (no one actively wants their holds to drop)... I will be happy to take advantage of dips when they happen.

I'm trying to build a position in Perisic - I've not got my full quota yet. My average buy price is 70p atm, so I'm more than happy for his price to drop because I want to lower the average price paid.
My exit point is the Euro's, so it's irrelevant what his price is now - I'd be more than happy if it hits 62-64p. 👍

@Ericali what do you think he'll reach though?, I can't see more than around the 80p mark. (I have a large holding myself)

@Ericali yeh suppose I kinda had that with sensi... I was happy topping him up and kinda disappointed when he spiked before I got to 1000. But generally I buy as many shares as I want when I first go in... Then buy the dip rather than actively encourage a dip.

Think he will be £1.40 at least.
In all likelihood he has the latter stages of the champions league too, so I think we will see a gradual rise.
I wouldn't consider selling any part of my holding for less than £1.20.
So when he reaches 80p - I advise you to hold. 👍
I wouldn't have considered buying him if I didn't think I can get 75-100% of profit from him in 6 months.

@Ericali ambitious, if he hits that I'll take my hat off to you!, I certainly won't be complaining if he does I just feel within his age it won't happen + his PB scores are not the greatest but I suppose that's understandable considering he's fighting it out with players like gnabry

But on occasions when I don't I don't mind them dropping. I have £879 invested so far & want to put £2,000 in him before I'm done.

@Jamiearsenal93 much bigger role at Croatia... Seems ambitious but I think there will be a huge premium on key players at the euros. I'm banking on it.
