Ticker not working?

It seems to just show the same 5 trades over and over unless I log back out and in on the app and then it just shows another 5

Which app are you using?
Ticker is working fine for me on Android app and the jazzy new website.

@Advinculas-Index i just went on the App Store today and there as an update available and its all working fine now. I had the same issue you are describing for the last few weeks

Mines been stuck for days, I’ve just checked the App Store and don’t have an update waiting. I auto update so will have had it, but it’s not cured the problem

@Ringers my auto update never works. I actually had to click into it and saw the update. Did it and the ticker is ticking away. Im on ios too

@Black-wolf hmm don’t know what’s going on there then? I open the app through the App Store, def no update. Maybe it will clear itself soon

It seems to have worked for me
I deleted the app and re installed it as per @Black-wolf 's suggestion

Annoying as it put some of us at a disadvantage with IPO’s. Oh well there’s bigger things to be concerned about in life!

I dont even seem to have a ticker on the new version of the app on android and the news feature was just showing as error yesterday so only knew about IPOs because of the forum. Hardly a level playing field🤷♂️. I will take above advice and re install

🙌game changer! Deleted and re installed. Now got a much better version. Only downside is there is no link to forum on this app. Has anyone else found this?

you have to go to Account >Help,rules &Policies and its hidden there in the bottom right hand corner
go figure......
