Troy Parrott-Cumon Jose play the boy!
-
Spurs against Norwich tomorrow in the cup.
What are we thinking?
Will the boy get a start?
Thinkin hell might freeze over first but cumon Jose use your loaf for once😉
-
Rumours are jose saying he will be in the bench.. mind games? Why not give him a chance...
-
We also need a new back four
-
He'll probably come off bench and get 30 mins or so. If he scores, will get huge rise.
-
Scored 2 I think in the U23 game at weekend.
Just needs a chance and such a shame that manager isn't Poch but that's water under the bridge😕
-
U23 game was yesterday. Scored 1, assisted 1 and went off at half time.
Should feature tomorrow but won’t start.
-
@SIFI Cheers for correction.
I wish he'd start him but it's Mourinho isn't it🤔
-
He will feature for sure...he is going to score the winner..
-
Someone seems to think so up 16p in an hour
-
any more news from the spurs camp? tempted to take a punt as he will defo feature, just worried he will come on in the 75th min when the game is already decided and will be an anticlimax. Opinions?
-
Was alrite when he came on but when he went up for that pen could see in his eyes it was to much for him. Could smell the shit in his pants from the pub. Poor sole back to the pile with the rest of em. On the other hand cantwell n idah pens never in doubt looked confident as had a decent amount of time this season big difference.
-
I Think that was poor from Jose, been saying he isn’t ready for weeks then let’s him take a pen. It’s almost like he set him up to fail.
-
Ah come on, you may not have seen it but in the pre pen huddle parrott’s hand shot straight up. As good confidence from the boy and if Jose had turned a blind eye to that people would be having a go to. Also if that 4th penalty is to win it, he could have been the hero? Poor penalty, can happen to anyone.

Sounds like a gamble to me, pretty sure most managers try and protect their young players.
Now Jose has another reason to say he isn't ready.
-
@FI_IPOSCOUT if he scores it José would’ve been lauded as a top manager and really nice guy 😂 shows how much football fans flip, how dare José make the only striker on the pitch for them take a penalty!! Always Jose’s fault rather than the player isn’t good enough/quite ready yet. If José let Vertonghen take one instead and he missed, then people would moan parrot didn’t take one 😴😴
-
Ha cracking me up this morning
If a pro footballer can’t take a penalty in an fa cup early round game then he shouldn’t be playing top football. How can anyone blame Jose?
-
@ChazFI123 It's just bitter holders. If he scores the penalty he's probably £2.50 + this morning and holders are bigging him up for his amazing calmness in a pressure situation. People giving opinions with FI goggles on. He volunteered, he missed. That's football.
-
I sold all my parrott’ s on team news after listening to Jose’s comments pre match.
He said if he scored the winner he would still be in the under 23’s next week !
So completely fucks with his head and then lets him take a pen?
It’s my thoughts as a fan not a holder.
-
@Tom77 But if he's put his hand up saying I want to take one and Jose says no and gives it to a non-volunteer that fucks with his head too. He volunteered and you could argue Jose gave him a boost by placing confidence in him to take it.
I cant see any way Jose should be blamed for it.
As a fan what would you be saying if Parrott had scored?
-
@janner73 'well Jose is just lucky that Troy has that much ability, it was completely unfair to make him take one and only Troy's class has allowed him to get away with that decision'
