PL has to be stopped surely....
-
@Ericali I said that weeks ago but the PL might be the last to go because of the £££.
-
They could rid this thing from the shores in a heartbeat - stop all movement through the ports and close everything down - the country might have a bit of a financial crisis but in 3 weeks we would have forgotten all about this virus.

I wonder if this explains all the buys for James Justin that have been going through...
-
Media madness needs to start tomorrow to steady the ship - games if any played at this stage will be a bonus.
-
@London-Is-Blue maybe last to go but they are folding like a bad hand....
If Leicester don't play, the fixtures won't go ahead.
We are looking at a month without football! 😫

@Ericali Looking at the reports and first hand accounts of the health care system in Italy, i think it will be a while before they can get a handle on it over there. They are being run ragged currently and it is falling apart, Italy had 12.5 critical beds per 100,000 people and in the UK it's only 6.6, if Italy are struggling from a health care point of view and Doctors are being told to prioritize treating patients with a higher expected recovery rate the UK will handle it far worse. Hospitals do not stockpile any medication or face masks either.
A month could be conservative.
Giorgio Gori, Bergamo mayor, tweeted: “It seems that the increase [in the number of cases] is slowing down, but it’s only because we have no longer beds in intensive care (few are added with great effort). Patients who cannot be treated are left to die” ( can't find the original quote myself so take it with a pinch of salt but even so)
It's a shame not every country has the infrastructure/ability to build 2 new pop up hospitals in under 2 weeks like China.
