Interest rates down to 0.1%

Bank of England have just announced they are cutting interest rates again, now down to 0.1%.
For individuals with large cash reserves there seems little point keeping it in the bank. Will the FI 'whales' move money out of the banks and into FI looking for a better return?
Trying to convince the mrs to join FI but she doesn't seem to trust me with it...I don't know why!!

Likewise but she's not interested in the slightest and is sticking with Moneybox!
