Nico Elvedi. Bundesliga bargain?

Im new to the platform and still learning the ropes.
Im keen on Nico Elvedi and failing to see any downsides. Young, very good PB scores, will be playing in the league thats likely to return first, recent links to Spurs and Man City. He also peaked at £1.41 just a few months back and was £1.22 before COVID19 hit.
At £1.13 hes a bargain is he not? Would be great to hear your thoughts!
