Hey Team,
Been chasing a withdrawal of money now for 2 weeks and heard nothing back! Phoned I don’t know how many times but the customer service team are as much use as a chocolate fire guard! Sent all the information I was asked for last Friday and several emails but again they’ve fallen on deaf ears and none the wiser to what’s happening. The service and help has been an absolute disgrace so far!Scott

They are usually quite quick with problems. Unfortunately at this time they are a bit slower, you know, what with everyone being away from work and dying and all that.
I am sure they will handle this as quickly as they possibly can

Everybody on the index who has withdrawn money went through the same process as you - sending ID and bank information and it takes roughly a week from sending the correct information.
Therefore if you only sent the information last Friday I would not be getting so upset as it takes circa 5 working days.
Cut them some slack and just think about those trying to get Ryanair refunds!!!

There’s obviously people there and everyone can see my emails but the fact that no one can reply is the joke! No really asking for much to be kept in the picture!!

There isn't 'obviously people there and they can see your emails' because they will be on a skeleton staff and only certain people will be able to approve it.It doesn't matter how loud you scream if the person who needs to do it is at home. You just get yourself stressed and may as well chill, it will get done when it gets done.
Try livechat, and instead of ranting and accusing, simply ask for a timescale

Sick and tired asking for timescales! Everyone I speak to in customer service is working from home and they can see my emails. Asked them politely to find out information but again nothing! Don’t think that’s unreasonable in anyway!

I’ve withdrawn money before and the transaction processed no problem! But no idea what the problem is now! Ryanair.. that’s another thing as my son was supposed to be in Prague at an ice hockey camp which was cancelled!

Have your card expired or are you wanting to withdraw to a new card?

This sounds like it's a verification request. They normally suspend your account until you provide the documents. You should have received an email detailing the type of documents they require.

Yeah I got an email asking for different types of ID and information which I sent straight back and haven’t heard since! Have you went through this yourself?

Yes, the first was 2 years ago, and I was re-activated the next day. I have had to do an Enhanced Due Diligence this week, but my account is not locked out for this. I sent off the documents on Tuesday and haven't heard anything since. I'm still allowed to trade so I'm not worried.

Fingers crossed I get a reply soon! Sounds like what happened to u but I don’t know where I Stand at the moment and my account is still disabled!

This should be very easy to attend to from someone working from home,agree not good enough and taking too long.
