Customer service and contacting FI

Seen this on reddit and was shocked when i read it. FI really need to sort their act out and their methods of contact just aren’t acceptable. It took me over 6 months to get a simple email issue sorted which is a small issue in comparison to this guys complaint. They need to up their professionalism im surprised at the calmness this guy has shown id be furious

@nicky540 ive advised him to seek them out via PM on twitter. Id suspect he wont stick around unless they really offer him an incentive to do so

@Black-wolf yeah as much as i/he/we love the product this could be more than enough to make someone leave it, not one to diss FI but it really is a shitty situation for him and seems unacceptable behaviour from his story. obviously two sides and all that.

@Ericali so if this is a proper number providing instant access to FI, why not just post it on the forum? Could be of benefit to us all.

I can't imagine he would be able to take his money out at the moment with the instant selling being unavailable. I always find the customer service to be very quick and impressive from my experience. Shame if it is true.

It’s not the batman line so don’t get excited, looks like the mobile of my “dedicated account manager”.
Never called him but will do if someone’s stuck and needs help. Surprised he hasn’t got a Acc Manager with the size of his portfolio 🤔
