Simple question ...Trincao hold or sell ?
-
I have a dilemma I have trincao he is 25p up since I bought him 11% profit
Now do I hold him long term till he is with Barca and hope that he shows what he has got there ? Or sell him now ? He has been stagnant for the past week or 10 days
-
There's a thread on here that shows his stats for this season and he was top for every category for his age I think. I hold and will continue to hold, I imagine he will gradually increase to about £3 once he actually joins Barca. I bought him as I don't think £2.50 ish for a 20 year old Barcelona forward is not bad value IMO
-
@ChazFI123 I know that the boy is quality , I have seen him playing and he has got class but if he sits at the same price I could be missing on potential profit with someone else unfortunately I can only afford 1k at month and that means that I can only wait a month to buy new shares or sell what I got atm
-
@R9inter why did you buy him then? Sell him if your reasons for buying him, are no longer there
-
Compare trincao to fati and his price is cheap. I know fati has proven himself (if i remember rightly his big price rise was a star man win I think).
If Trincao plays even slightly well his price will rise. He's also a big benefactor of the euros being pushed back as he might make the squad with a half decent season
-
Absolutely flying through the ticker tonight...had some bids in to top up too 😭
-
@ChazFI123 why is he rising so much? Cos he had a decent game?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser not a clue, I saw a couple of tweets about him, I thought he was a bit undervalued but I don’t know if anything specific has caused it
-
@ChazFI123 fair enough, exciting hold going forward into next season, just find it weird seeing players rise so much after one goal in Portugal
-
@Notanyoldnewuser can’t wait to see what he can do at Barca, and their lack of options in the forward department means he should get some decent game time!
-
He needs a position change for absolute starters.
Probably need a hatty to win midfield pb. His involvement levels are low even in Portugal.
-
I’ll be surprised if he’s not on loan next season
-
@Gregolocky I've heard apparently Barca are confident in him to play first team, but you could well be right.
-
@Notanyoldnewuser ya I’m sure they’ll know a lot more once he moves and starts training with the first team.
Young players and new signings likely to miss out an extended preseason due to the quick turn around of seasons could play havoc with youth prices
-
Maybe put a few on market with a reserve and see how he gets on. Hard to say what impact he'll make at Barca, perhaps he'll rise like Fati or stagnate like Dembele. Guess that's the gamble!
-
He's a great buy in the short term. Just doesn't need to perform until match 1 of next season for Barcelona. I fancy a fair bit of FOMO in the meantime. I can see the appeal.
-
@FootballArgos Fati got lucky they had so many injuries and got good game time unexpectedly early in his Barca career. His price is overheated as a result imho, and ppl will get fed up if he’s sitting on the bench next season. Which is likely since the injured players are fit again. But defo one for the future- big talent and FI suitable. Just might need some patience in the short term.
Trincao talented but not so FI suitable. Likely to be some good profit to be made however if you get in and out on the hype at the correct times.
-
@Valhalla had some similar thoughts about Fati although perhaps more optimistic. Maybe Trincao will also have a "perfect storm" scenario to boost his price! nb don't hold either
-
@Valhalla what makes you say he's not FI suitable?
-
Being listed as a midfielder isn’t ideal, but then it might be a bit of a blessing in disguise as he doesn’t have to compete with Messi 🤣
I personally think he’ll end up closer to Felix in price, very similar stats in a game, playing for a better PB team. Felix seems a better player, but the fact he plays for Atletico evens it out a lot IMO
