Has anyone had to go through diligence checks and roughly how long does it take before the restrictions on your account were lifted?

@NewUser572796 yep everyone will go through them at some point.
I found that if you email all the documents they need and then ring customer service you’ll be up fairly quickly.
At this time however the customer service call center might not be available.
I have heard the live chat service on Twitter is useful but have never used myself.
Thanks! My checks have been ongoing now for 3 weeks, I phone customer services and email everyday but no further forward. Just curious if anyone else waited this long!
