French publication Le Parisien is reporting that senior French government officials are engaged in a lobbying effort with their partners in Germany, Italy, Spain and England so that none of the other top five leagues’ restart: https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/newsliverpool/french-government-officials-lobbying-to-stop-premier-league-from-restarting/ar-BB13nMwa
Well that'll ensure the British leagues restart at least! Can't see the majority of British politicians listening to the surrender monkeys :P
I think it'll be behind closed doors, police outside stadiums to stop people hanging around outside. Maybe neutral grounds but there's some debate on the fairness of that.

That will make zero difference to the other country’s decision.
If the other leagues want to start and are allowed by their own Governments , they will.

Could very well come to a collective decision.
It would make sense - this will certainly add more pressure to do so.
Too much money in the Prem league and Spanish league for them to take too much notice of a Mickey Mouse league like Ligue 1 I feel .
