Number for Customer Service

Sorry to start a thread for this but has someone got a number for customer service. The contact page is less than helpful for those without clairvoyant skills.

@osmanlao They asked for my card details as they did for the same card in October 2019. They've stopped the £2500 I withdrawn so wanted to call to expidate the situation.

Number rings, connects then says transferring to an agent and cuts you off!

I've just called the number and it's working perfectly. I queried this with a very helpful customer servant, Chris, who said that 02 and Tesco customers have to take off the first 0 in the CS number for it to work. Please try that.
Chris also confirmed as other traders have mentioned, that there is a backlog in the EDD and the department doing them is part of FI but completely separate from CS. They have their own rules and deadlines. CS only forward documents to them to deal with and then it's out of their hands.

It reminds me of the time i find out about the 998 number
if you are being burgled and you ring that instead of 999 Sting turns up with his mate with the big tongue and serenades the burglars into submission with his collection of wind instruments.
The service used to include Stuart Copeland and the other guy but alas due to coast cutting they are now down to the bare bones

@osmanlao thanks mate. Got my account unlocked by providing a pic of the card I sent a pic of in October. Now I’ve a week to prove who I am and where I got my money from. Same as I did in October.
Funny I had to do the same with Baclays in 1999. Since then I’ve borrowed maybe £400k and deposited several £million. They’ve never asked for another copy of my electric bill or to prove who I am.
