Well Man City was taken over at the beginning of the 2008 financial crisis, and Robinho was suddenly bought- he would have had MB for days. Generally the worst of the economic crisis will be apparent around 18 months from now, rather than right away.
It depends if the Saudis want to make a statement right from the off or not. If they do, they will make a big buy.
If they don't, then you're on the right lines.

They’ve set 200m for transfers and infrastructure youth investment and want to build high tech training ground at least that’s what I’ve read I’d say there will maybe two big names come in the rest will be high profile free agents just to build attraction but 2021 could be huge for Newcastle United and exiting for their fans
