Ticker Issue

My Ronaldo futures have been selling since Friday morning. It's all been sales of one or two. Last night I saw a sale of 50 go through the ticker. Oh my excitement. Sadly no corresponding sale from my listing. I've screenshots but can't seem to upload them to the forum.
Whose 50 Ronaldo did Mr Richard T buy? They weren't mine!

@LittleFish unless somebody's been in at the split second between 300 listings that's curious. Next question I suppose. Idi u list in blocks of 300 and if so, had u shifted 3/6/900 at the time this 50 went through? Only explanation i can think of. If that's not the case then it seems dodgy. Have u double checked ya transaction history? Sometimes it doesnt show up instantly

@LittleFish That does sound strange, unless as Mick suggests somebody jumping ahead of the you on the spilt second you were listing. Although if that happened then would expect price to drop more than 1p, unless the interloper only listed a few. Did you get kicked out of the queue after exactly 300?

Similar thing with Aouchiche a few weeks ago for me. Can only assume someone got in between my lists of 300.

@MickTurbo pity I can't post pic. The ticker sale happened 23.07 £162.50. My sales were 23.05 £97.50, 0.27 £3.25, 1.19 £3.25, 2.20 £32.50, 4.53 £3.25 etc.
I listed the whole port at the same so couldn't have been more than a few seconds between batches of 300.
I've 247 left, it's like pulling teeth.

@Londoner what does market maker mean. If he wanted some Ronaldo I’ve hundreds 😀
Plus I haven’t agreed new T&Cs.

@Londoner I'd imagine market makers would only come into effect with order books. If they are in use now then I cant imagine that they'd be able to jump any existing sales queues

I'm afraid it appears they do have special privileges to do that. The link at T&Cs no. 9.13 I gave to Little Fish at section How Does this Actually Work at Football Index says this regarding MM:
"This type of trading makes up a small percentage of market trading volume, it involves buying shares from the Sell Queue to help reduce its length but may also at times involve buying shares not in the Sell Queue to manage and hedge risk.
In order to facilitate complying with these policies and to also to help manage the substantial risk that the Market Maker is undertaking they have a different level of access from other customers."

Thanks. Still haven’t sold all my Ronaldos. That 50 would have been handy.

@Londoner feel free to spend now. He's not had divs for a few days so dropped a couple of pence. I've sold 3 futures since midday!

I only buy a minimum 100 shares at any one time, except when topping up. I have only £148 in my cash balance, so need another £177 at his current price.

@Londoner I admire your discipline keeping money in your deposit and not spending it. But don't you miss out while saving for your 100. Ron has gone up 5p in the last week.
