Lewandowski - (the body)
-
Known as 'the body' by team mates for his strength - watched a short (german) documentary on him and how he takes extra steps to be in incredible condition and maintain it at his age. His wife is also a nutritionist feeding him such and such a diet.
Anyway, the point is he always starts a season so well because he keeps himself in great shape and comes back to pre-season fitter than anyone else.
I think we could be in for a similar situation with this restart. IPD galour.
-
@Chap some pb would be nice
-
Bit dear for a IPD player in my opinion..... 😐
-
How does it work with him and the other forwards (Coman, Gnabry) at bayern? Are divs spread out fairly evenly between them?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser
Herein lies the problem. Gnabry has recently been reclassified as a Forward so Lewandowski and him will be competing for PB moving forward.
-
@Vaughany ahh yes forgot about that, what about before then, Coman get much?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser coman was also a midfield, got reclassified at the same time
-
@ChazFI123 Unbelievable. Do you hold Coman for PB in near future or for a transfer?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser a bit of both tbh, I will probably exit on some transfer spec. Strikes me as someone who will keep getting linked to the PL (most recently city), but being changed to a forward is a help. I wouldn’t be disappointed if he ended up staying at Bayern either, I do forget how young he is, he seems to have been around forever!
-
@Ericali not an accurate characterisation
-
Not if you time it right, £1.38 when I wrote this and with minimal game days could easily see him grab some pb too ;)
-
My first game day after being away 6 months, so nice to see no drastic sell offs because such and such got a yellow after 15 minutes or didnt score after half an hr!!
-
@Finlay77 Yes I was surprised and was looking to buy one or two of the biggest dips but now I don't know where to put 10 quid for the raffle (if I bother). Any suggestions anyone?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser
FC Koln have a decent fixture tomorrow if you fancy a punt, bearing in mind Bayern are also playing so their players will be PB favourites?
-
@Vaughany Who looks best value for Bayern in your opinion?
-
@Notanyoldnewuser i prefer it to stay this way personally. If you want a dividend from ipd, just sit back and wait to see who scores. If its a player id like to keep longterm, i buy him and get the dividend. Thats what i used to do anyway
-
@Finlay77 said in Lewandowski - (the body):

No instant sell mate

@Notanyoldnewuser
Difficult one. They have so many options. If you're planning to spend just a tenner then probably not worth looking at Bayern as their players are more expensive. That said, Perisic and Muller are cheaper ways into their attacking players. I hold neither.Personally, I think that despite the competition in defence, Alaba is value at his price. I do hold.
-
@Vaughany Tbh I don't have much money on here, so I prefer just buying one share in each player- so was more looking at one of the more expensive ones haha
-
@Notanyoldnewuser
In which case, Gnabry might be worth a look. Yes he has been on a steady rise and you would be buying at his peak but, given his recent reclassification as a Forward, I think he's got a few PB divs in him, especially over the next 3-4 weeks. Of course, he'll be competing with Lewandowski for these but, in the short term. he won't be up against the regular PB Forward beasts such as Neymar, Messi and Ronaldo.
