What are people's IQ
-
Recently I read a book "when genius failed" about some Harvard graduates that were put in charge of investing large sums of cash and basically they fucked it all up. Clever as they may have been, it didn't relate to profits.
I was wondering what people's IQ were and if it equated to profits or losses.

😂,no but it's probably more impressive than my IQ

IQ is overrated
-
@JB yeah I don't think it represents intelligence but there is some form of logical thinking to it.

People have different skillsets and IQ is a limited test so I don't think it would be that useful a tool to analyse users. I have a MSc from a fairly prestigious university and I would say that most people on here and far more "on the ball" when it comes to FI. Might be more interesting to gauge how much football knowledge and experience is helpful and how people who use FI with little knowledge of football get on.
-
@inoffthepost yeah that's an interesting idea.

The beauty of FI is that there are so many strategies. You can know naff all about football and do well, you can know naff all about trading and do well.
I don't think IQ has anything to do with it. Being able to learn from experience, take on advice, and spot trends are the keys here.
