Withdrawal Query
-
I have recently attempted to withdraw but can’t do this as I have to withdraw to the same card until the balance of my deposits is covered. The problem is is that I have lost this card that I made the deposits with so can’t withdraw to any of my other cards now. Does anybody have advice as to what I should do? Thanks.

@El-maestro
Deposit £10 using any other card and then withdraw to that card.

Deposit £10 on a new card, then you should be able to withdraw to that one ok.

I also had the same problem the original card I deposited with expired (as they do !) I moved to my new card to deposit , no issue but now can only withdraw against the new card deposits. Old card destroyed as per bank instruction over many years , I guess for all of us . As new card isn't too old the majority of my account money was deposited via previous card !

@NewUser268265 You can withdraw any amount, your entire balance if you so wish onto your new card as long as it is the last one you deposited with. So as the guys have said Mr. ElMaestro Just needs to make the minimum deposit with a new card and problem solved.
