I have just placed a low bid on a player not knowing what I’m doing, will I ever see my money again n if so when will it be declined or can I cancel the bid

If the bid dont go thru then just click on the x and it will cancel your bid and the money will return to your cash balance.

Go into your portfolio and you will see your player in open bids. Just press the X beside the total bid price and it will cancel your trade and the money will be back to your cash balance straight away

...and if you're on phone swipe left on your bid and it'll give you a cancel option.

So in answer to your question, Yes as soon as those first buds of stubble begin to appear on his shiny pate.(alternatively go with what the others have said)
