Considering I moved house two weeks ago, the process was very quick and easy. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to trade the new matching engine but it was fine. Three emails later and I was all verified. Andrew from customer service was very quick and polite. Hope more people have this experience.

Yep, I had a very similar experience when my due diligence came up before christmas: Answered a few emails, provided the identification that they ask for, and my account was back open and trading within a few hours.

@NewUser179280 That's when you have to complete the scource of wealth form,provide proof of income and other documents.I think i got highlighted due to a spike in my purchases.
