Bid for 50 Firmino. Says all 50 bids were matched and transaction successful but only 31 shares are in my portfolio.
Anyone know what’s up with this or is it just a case for customer support?

@NewUser569882 if you read quite a lot of the other threads on the forum fella you'll see that there is often a delay of the shares hitting your port. Just sit tight and they will appear.

If they aren't there by now, get yourself onto the livechat function on the website. They will sort it out within minutes.

Contact CS, I did they corrected it & said the following;
"Thank you for contacting Customer Support at Football Index and we apologise for the recent technical issues experienced on our platform.
Our Technical Team are currently investigating the Portfolio reconciliation issue, which we look to have resolved imminently.
We can confirm that we have now manually recalculated your portfolio.
We value our Traders at Football Index and apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your continued patience."

@NewUser569882 Try website rather than app, there you can also find a new trade history section, under my account / transaction summary / trade history.
