How many top 20 players should you have (or do you have)?
-
I have 6 players currently in the top twenty in a twenty nine player port worth £3300.00. I have 5 lemons who I should have stayed away from (all below £1) and the rest are around the £1 - £3 range.
-
Eleven of the top twenty for me, out of a portfolio of 81.
-
I have 10 top twenty players in a port of 36 players
-
I have only one in my 21 player port (Bruno).
-
I have 6 of the top 20.
I have 15 players who I have 25 shares in, those top 6 and some proven mid-twenty something’s around the £2 mark. I don’t have a lot in between.
I then have a lot of sub £1 players who I have 100 shares in. Given how much money I’ve put in I should probably have bought more of the expensive players but there’s so much value in the sub £1 barrier, so much opportunity to double your money, to make strong percentages back via IPD and PB and it’s a category that I enjoy/enthuse about.
The more expensive players bring in the odd £1 in media and should grow with the platform ahead of share expiry.

None at the moment 😬
-
8 of the top 20 out of a current port of 93.
I have 36 players under £1 and the remaining 49 are between £1 - 4.50 which is actually where I think the real value is.
There's no real relationship between cost and the size of hold - I don't pile into the cheapies just because they are cheap.
-
Just one (Sterling) out of 25 in the port.
-
None...highest player I hold is number 26
-
One in top 20 (Gnabry) from 45 player port
-
Up until recently I only had 1 out of a port of 20 but currently I have 4 out of a port of 20. However, I’m a bit more weary of continuing to build shares up in them at present with a possible review pending.
-
0 with an 8 player port currently
-
5 top 10 with one more in the next 10 from a 45 man port.
-
15 of the top 20 in a 84 man port.
