Matching Engine - Bids

Hello, I am fairly new to this and have been trying to work this out for a few days...

Can someone explain how people are getting bids matched below the instant sell price of a player? Why would someone sell a player for below the instant sell price?

@NewUser17763 average of the highest 300 bids. If your one of the bids near the bottom of 300 could get for cheaper
